I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Nelson A. Rockefeller Center for Public Policy at Dartmouth College. I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science at U.C. San Diego in 2025.
My research examines the role that education policies and institutions play in shaping the political development of young people. I use mixed-method research designs to assess the impact of state and local education policies (particularly curriculum and pedagogical reforms) on student political attitude development and participation.
Prior to graduate school, I taught 6th and 7th grade English and history at a public charter school in Los Angeles as a Teach for America Corps Member.Â
